Experience
Dr Randall Breedlove began his healthcare technology systems career in the beginning years of pharmacy school. Hobbies of building computers, configuring computer operating systems, creating drug information web sites, network configuring and databases for extra college money would ultimately plant a seed and passion for healthcare information technologies. Equipped with strong technical skills and a clinically proven Pharm.D education, Randall was selected for an opportunity at Creighton University, where he completed a competitive and rare information systems residency.
After his residency Randall entered into his first post-grad position as a Pyxis automation implementation specialist. During this role Randall lead the implementation of Pyxis systems for a large multi-facility organization. After leading multiple successful pharmacy automation implementations, Randall chose to go back into a more clinical and direct patient care role including clinical pharmacy, retail pharmacy, poison specialist, and drug information specialist. It was these various roles and trials that decisively lead Randall to learn his true passion and purpose in healthcare: healthcare information technologies.
Outside of work Randall is an avid road, mountain bike rider, kayak fisherman, and an outdoor enthusiast. One of Randall’s most enjoyable parts of his career has been to take full advantage of enjoy riding and exploring some of the beautiful areas he has had the pleasure to experience as a consultant.
Randall is a proud dad with two kids and celebrating marriage of 16 years!
